i'm laying in a bed in a hotel in frankfurt, germany finishing up going through my email and starting to sort through my thoughts about the last two weeks. the time in toulouse was beautiful, the plasma sprint was inspiring (the api reviews are now largely implemented even! a dot story by sebas is mostly complete ... ) and the board meetings over the last two days were simply phenomenal. but now at 08:20 and a pile of clothes and sundries to pack sprawling across the day bed i just look forward to getting home and sleeping for most of the weekend. the p-man has gotten an early start to that plan, it seems and is soundly snoozing away in the next bed.

the akademy 2008 call for presentations deadline is coming up real soon now: less than two weeks are left! so please get your proposals in so we can draw up the schedule sooner rather than later and fill it with great titles to be given by great people. if you're working on a kde related technology, that means you. =)

i'm off to the bathtub for a warm soak before breakfast and then will likely be away from active emailing for a day or two .. see you on the flip side.
